The GoDravix platform, module by module
Five built modules covering sanction to closure, plus an AI layer built for your book rather than shipped as one fixed version. Here is what each one does and where its edges are.
GoDravix is a loan management system that runs the post-sanction life of a loan: approval, disbursement, interest accrual, repayment allocation, waivers, certificates, closure and the audit record behind all of it. Schemes, interest rates, borrowing entities and data scoping are configuration rather than custom code, and so are roles and permissions. Form fields and certificate formats are fixed today, changing those is development work.
What follows is the capability ledger. Built means running in the live deployment today.
Loan Lifecycle Core
Sanction, maker–checker approval, single or multi-tranche disbursement, repayment, waiver, closure and NOC. Disbursement stays blocked until the approval actually happens.
Explore the moduleInterest & Accrual Engine
Simple and monthly-compound interest with a separate penal rate. Accrual runs on demand, and existing accruals can be recomputed when a back-dated entry changes the picture.
Explore the moduleRecovery & Repayment
Automatic waterfall allocation, penal, then interest, then principal. Monthly, half-yearly or yearly frequency. Grant deduction and cheque recovery methods.
Explore the moduleCertificates & Audit Trail
Six statutory certificates generated from live balances, plus an append-only event log that records who issued what and when, with no edit path and no delete path.
Explore the moduleReporting & Dashboards
A portfolio dashboard filtered by financial year, scheme and zone, five standard reports and a full running ledger, every one of them exportable to Excel or PDF.
Explore the moduleThe AI layer
Built for your bookSeven capabilities designed around one rule: AI will propose, the deterministic engine and a human will approve. Each is being built with the lenders who will use it.
Explore the moduleThe five modules above run in the live deployment. The AI layer does not. See the full capability ledger.
Six duties out of the box, then shape them to your org chart
These are duties first and job titles second, because the titles are yours to change. Approval separation is enforced in the workflow, not by convention, and data scoping at query level, not by hiding a menu item.
- 01Loan entry and administration
Creates loans and manages masters, schemes, borrowers and users. Cannot approve its own work. Ships as Admin.
- 02Sanction approval
Approves or rejects a sanction. Until this happens, disbursement is blocked in software. Ships as Loan Officer.
- 03Disbursement and accounting
Releases approved funds, records repayments, runs interest accrual. Ships as Accountant.
- 04Regional oversight
Read access scoped to one zone. Sees every borrower within it, nothing outside. Ships as Regional Supervisor.
- 05Borrower access
A borrowing organisation's own login. Sees its own loans, statements and correspondence, nothing else. Ships as Borrower.
- 06Independent audit
Read-only across the portfolio, with full access to the append-only event log. Ships as Auditor.
These six are the default, not the limit. A role builder and a granular permission editor let you rename any of them, add a seventh, split duties differently or restrict a single action, without a development cycle. Data scoping stays enforced at query level whichever way you configure it.
How a loan moves through the system
Six states, each one an audited event. A loan cannot skip a step.
- 01
Sanction
Created against a scheme, with amount, rate and frequency.
- 02
Approve
Approved or rejected. Disbursement stays blocked until this clears.
- 03
Disburse
Released in full or in tranches, with dates and references.
- 04
Accrue
Interest runs on demand and recomputes after back-dated entries.
- 05
Recover
Repayments allocate penal, then interest, then principal.
- 06
Close
Waiver or full repayment, then a closure certificate and NOC.
What runs today, and what we build with you
One authoritative list, kept current. Every other page defers to it, which is why none of them hedge.
