What these terms cover
This page governs your use of godravix.com. It is not a software licence and it is not a services agreement. If you become a customer, a separate written agreement covers the product, the deployment, support, service levels, liability and everything else that matters. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement unless it is repeated in it.
The site is operated by DigiWagon Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62099GJ2023PTC139160), registered in India, at 1013 Shivalik Shilp, Near ISKCON Cross Road, S G Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054, India.
What we say about the product here
We take unusual care to describe only what is built. Capability described in the present tense on this site is running in the live deployment; anything delivered as part of an engagement is labelled as such where it appears, and the authoritative list is the capability ledger.
That said, this is marketing material. Figures, timelines and screenshots are illustrative unless stated otherwise, and the fit of the product to your specific lending rules can only be established in a scoping conversation. Do not make a procurement decision on the strength of a web page, ask us for the scope statement.
Intellectual property
The content, design, code and diagrams on this site belong to DigiWagon Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. You may quote from it, the glossary and the capability descriptions are written to be quotable, and our robots.txt explicitly invites answer engines to do so, provided you attribute it to GoDravix and do not misrepresent what it says. You may not republish it wholesale as your own.

Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site, and do not use the demo form to send us anything unlawful or to harvest our contact details for bulk mail. That is the whole list.
Liability
The website is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website alone. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
A lawyer should set the liability cap and confirm this section against the jurisdictions you sell into.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
Confirm before publishing: selling into the UAE and the USA may make an exclusive Indian jurisdiction clause unattractive or unenforceable in a customer contract. It is defensible for a website's terms of use, which is all this page is.
