What we collect, why, and what you can do about it
We collect very little. This page says exactly what, and names the law it is collected under.

Who is responsible
GoDravix is a product of DigiWagon Technologies Private Limited, incorporated in India in 2023 and trading since 2016, with its registered office at 1013 Shivalik Shilp, Near ISKCON Cross Road, S G Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054, India. Our CIN is U62099GJ2023PTC139160 and our GSTIN is 24AAJCD8706E1ZR.
For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. For the purposes of the UK and EU GDPR we are the Controller.

What this website collects
Two things, and nothing else.
What you type into the demo form. Your name, organisation, work email, and optionally your phone number, the type of lender you are, the approximate size of your loan book, and a free-text description of your requirement. All of it is voluntary. It is emailed to the people who would run your demo, and a copy is written to a file on our own server so that an enquiry is not lost if the email fails. That file is not reachable from the web. Nothing on this site sets a marketing cookie or adds you to a sequence.
Anonymous usage statistics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages get read. Analytics only loads if you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit. Decline it and no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent. You can change your mind at any time using the link in the footer.
We do not collect special category or sensitive personal data, we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and there is no login, so there are no accounts and no passwords.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Under the GDPR, the demo form runs on legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and analytics runs on consent. Under the DPDP Act, both run on consent, and this page together with the form itself is the itemised notice that Act requires.
You asked us a question. We are using your details to answer it. That is the whole basis.
How long we keep it

If you ask us to delete your enquiry we will do it and confirm in writing.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train any model.

Two things worth saying plainly, because our buyers ask. Our hosting and email are provided by third parties, so your enquiry is stored on their infrastructure before it reaches us. And Google Analytics involves a transfer of usage data outside India and the EEA, which is why it is behind a consent banner rather than on by default.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@godravix.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in India, the DPDP Act also gives you the right to nominate another person to exercise these rights, and the right to grievance redressal. If we do not resolve your complaint you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.
If you are in the UK or EEA, you additionally have the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to complain to your national supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).
Cookies
This site sets no cookie at all unless you accept analytics. There is no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag, no social embed and no chat widget. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 sets its own identifiers to count you as one visitor rather than several.
Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so we do not have to ask again. Clearing your browser data resets it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. DigiWagon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. holds ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, and this website is operated under those management systems. We do not hold SOC 2, and DPDP alignment has not been formally assessed by an external party. The security page sets out what we do and do not hold in more detail.
Changes
If we change this notice we will change the review date at the top. If the change is material and we hold your contact details, we will tell you.
